Refund Policy

Introduction

At Namma Coding Shaale, we are committed to providing quality educational experiences through our coding and technology programs. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our courses and services.

1. Course Enrollment and Fees

• All course fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless a payment plan has been arranged and agreed upon in writing.
• Fees once paid are non-transferable to another person or course.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be issued only under the following conditions:

3. Special Circumstances

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

• Medical emergencies (documented proof required)
• Duplicate payments

4. Refund Process

• All refund requests must be made in writing via email to: nammacodingshaale@gmail.com
• Include your full name, course enrolled, date of enrollment, and reason for the refund request.
• If approved, refunds will be processed and credited 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.

5. Non-Refundable Fees

The following are strictly non-refundable:

• Registration fees (if separately charged)
• Fees for completed workshops, digital materials, or one-on-one sessions
• Payment gateway or processing fees (if applicable)
